Meet Noemi Wilson Debriano
Degree Certified Animal Behaviorist
I believe every dog wants to support you—that’s their nature, and there’s nothing more rewarding than helping to nurture such a bond of mutual trust and understanding.
Hi, I'm Noemi,
I’ve dedicated my life to empowering pet parents to connect with their pups on a deeper level- one grounded on respect, understanding, and partnership.
With a B.S. in Animal Behavior & (Human)Psychology- My approach isn’t just about obedience, it's about building a functional relationship that heals both pet and owner.
I see my role in their lives as not just a "trainer", but "pup auntie"- a guide- helping them understand the world around them so they can reach their full potential and go anywhere with you.
Each dog leaves our programs with calm household habits, training cues, and interactive manners as well as a harmoniously driven value of mutually beneficial communication so they feel safe, relaxed, confident, and understood.
With a B.S. in Animal Behavior- My approach isn’t just about obedience—it’s also empowering pet parents to connect with their pet partners on a deeper level.

My biggest passion is in specialized in dog training for assisting those with autism, mobility challenges, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Dogs have an incredible ability to detect our emotional states, and with the right training, they can learn to offer unwavering support during life’s most challenging moments.

Our Philosophy
At Heel’n, our philosophy is centered on developing calm, emotionally stable, and reliable dogs who are capable of supporting people through real life — not just performing trained behaviors.

We believe that true reliability comes from emotional regulation, thoughtful decision-making, and trust built over time. For this reason, we do not rush development or rely on force, suppression, or high-arousal methods. Instead, we focus on creating dogs who can remain steady, present, and responsive even in moments of stress or uncertainty.

Our work is guided by the understanding that service and therapy dogs must be more than task-trained. They must be able to:

-
Navigate complex environments calmly
-
Respond appropriately to human emotion
-
Adapt to change without becoming overwhelmed
-
Provide consistent support over the course of a lifetime
To support this philosophy, we work with dogs who are selected intentionally — whether through carefully evaluated breed-specific rescue candidates or ethically bred, purpose-bred puppies raised with service and therapy work in mind. Selection, environment, and education all matter.

Every aspect of Heel’n — from the training methods we use, to the environments dogs live in, to the pace of development — reflects a commitment to ethical training, thoughtful placement, and long-term success for both dogs and the people they support.
Key Elements by Service Dog Type
While all service dogs share the same foundational education, task work is customized based on the individual’s needs.

All task work is developed with an emphasis on safety, clarity, and long-term physical and emotional well-being — for both dog and handler.

Service dog training at Heel’n is not rushed, task-focused, or compliance-driven. Each phase is designed to support confidence, adaptability, and thoughtful decision-making so dogs can reliably support their handlers over time.

As with all programs at Heel’n, service dog training is grounded in:

-
Relationship-focused learning
-
Science-based, ethical methods
-
Emotional regulation and safety
-
Real-life application rather than performance
Training With Intention
How Our Service Dogs Are Developed
Service dogs developed within Heel’n come from two intentional pathways:

Rescue Service Dog Candidates
We also develop service dogs through carefully selected rescue candidates who demonstrate the emotional stability, resilience, and temperament required for service work.
When possible, these dogs are adopted between 8–12 weeks of age, allowing us to guide early development during critical learning periods. Rescue candidates are chosen intentionally, with consideration given to breed or breed mix predispositions, physical suitability, and long-term sustainability for service roles.
All rescue candidates undergo temperament evaluation and ongoing behavioral assessment to ensure their natural tendencies align with the demands of service work. Dogs are never placed into roles that conflict with their well-being or capabilities.
Not every rescue dog is suited for service work — and honoring that distinction is an essential part of ethical development and placement.

Purpose-Bred Service Dog Candidates
Some dogs are purpose-bred specifically for service and therapy work.
These puppies are:

-
Ethically bred with temperament, health, and longevity in mind
-
Raised with early neurological development and structured socialization
-
Introduced to calm environments, predictable routines, and thoughtful exposure from an early age
Purpose-bred puppies are developed with service work as the goal from the very beginning.
